Pilates MAT - Mondays 6-7pm and 7-8pm
A mixture of stretching, breathing, and strengthening exercises done on the mat with various props. Great for building core strength and increasing lean muscle tone.
BARRE Fitness - Tuesdays 7-8pm
An ideal class for runners and those looking to increase flexibility and core stability. Based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a thigh and bum burner!
Pilates MAT - Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm
A slower paced mat class that will still make you work -- perfect for those just starting out or with injuries.
