Pilates Mat
Mondays 6-7pm

A mixture of stretching, breathing, and strengthening exercises done on the mat with various props. Great for building core strength and increasing lean muscle tone.

Barre Fitness
Tuesdays 7-8pm

An ideal class for runners and those looking to increase flexibility and core stability. An exercise-to-music class based around the principles and exercises of ballet and Pilates -- a thigh and bum burner! No dance knowledge required.
