Pilates for Cyclists
This class concentrates on smaller and slower deliberate exercises to strengthen and stabilize your body, and to help you learn to properly engage and activate your core, back, and hips. This translates into you maintaining strong form on your bike and preventing injuries.
Exercises will help you go beyond forward/backward movement, assist in lengthening the muscles on the back of the body, correctly position your pelvis, improve your balance, increase the strength in your glutes and hamstrings, and relieve stress and strain in the hands, upper body, and neck.
